Day 4 - still at it, phew!

Post Image Hello folks! I hope you're all doing well.

Yesterday I had a small slip up as I wound up eating a chocolate croissant that someone brought into the office. BUT, I did track, avoided snacks for the rest of the day, was mega hungry at 4pm, but stuck to my plan, and then met up with a friend for shopping, which is really walking around!

We ended up walking around for about 2 hrs, so that added up to some points back for that slip up PHEW. But I'm definitely going to need to find low point options that keep me full for much longer.

And it's not quite cold enough in NY for me to get into oatmeal, so I don't know. I'm loving Greek yogurt right now b/c it's protien packed, do you have any other faves?

ALSO! Do you guys have healthy weight los blogs of your own? Or do you have favorite ones that you read?
